The regular-waist panty is engineered from 83% recycled polyamide (main fabric) and features a breathable, leak-proof absorbent gusset for high absorbency with an odour-control treatment. The Female Engineering + Mammut Period Panty is designed to gently hug your body and remain invisible under clothing. It may feel snug at first, then relaxes with washing and repeated wear for a fit that feels just right. Wear it for up to 12 hours, then rinse, wash, and wear it again and again.

In case you go for a high absorbency on a medium flow day for example, it can often be worn for even longer. Panty absorbency guide: -Medium: 20 ml (≈ 2 tampons/pads) -High: 40 ml (≈ 4 tampons/pads) For reference, the average total menstrual fluid loss per cycle is around 35 ml.
