A lightweight, breathable jacket built for freedom of movement on tricky, technical freeride lines. Made with waterproof GORE-TEX C-KNIT™ fabric, this hardshell remains comfortable even on rugged terrain. The Eiger Free line boasts durable zippers, strategic tear-resistant top stitching and repairable features for longer-lasting gear. The GORE-TEX face fabric and backer are also 100% recycled for maximum performance using fewer virgin materials. A RECCO® reflector increases searchability in rescue situations. The Eiger Free Advanced HS Hooded Jacket has been rigorously tested by some of the world’s best freeriders and deemed worthy of the mountains.

GORE-TEX® C-Knit
C-Knit has a 100% waterproof and breathable three-layer design. The material has soft, light feel and doesn’t crinkle loudly when crumpled. It also has a smaller pack size.
PFC-free DWR
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are often used for waterproofing but are practically non-biodegradable. Mammut is committed to replacing non-biodegradable fabric treatments with more sustainable high-performance alternatives.
